La Châtaigneraie is a special place and we work hard to make hospitality our main aim. Your hosts, Gill, Kim and Jim have, between them, lived in Scotland, England, Germany, Holland, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria, Cameroon & Sierra Leone. They understand what it is like to travel and be “away from home” so it is easy for them to give guests a warm welcome and to help them relax as soon as they arrive.

Our Ceret hotel is family and child friendly – our pool is child-safe and our suites are suited to parents and children.

As pet owners we will do what we can to accommodate pets if you are travelling with your best friends. Our own dog, Samba, our cat Muscat and our parrot Banjo will try to be pet friendly too – they understand the need for pet holidays.
